1. Cancellation by the Customer

  • More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus a processing fee of [insert amount or %].

  • 15–30 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost will be refunded.

  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund is available.

Note: Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.


2. Cancellation by Indiataj Golden Triangle Tours

  • In rare cases, we may cancel or reschedule a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or other emergencies).

  • Customers will be offered either:

    • A full refund, or

    • An alternative date or tour of equivalent value.


3. Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling requests are accepted subject to availability.

  • Requests must be made at least 15 days prior to the original tour date.

  • Rescheduling may incur an administrative fee or price difference depending on season or package changes.
